Technology Assessment Planning (TAP)
A Technology Assessment Plan is an audit and inventory of
your current hardware, software, and peripherals. The
process pinpoints operating inefficiencies and security
risks and provides specific recommendations to address each
problem identified. The result is a consultative document
that provides detailed information on problems that exist,
along with suggestions for improvement.
Solution Identification
Solution identification combines our TAP recommendations
with our knowledge of your business to identify specific
products and services that will meet your business needs and
objectives. We combine hardware, software and services into
an integrated solution to meet your challenges.
Implementation
We understand that having your data network unavailable is
detrimental to your business’ ability to produce income.
With this in mind, we tailor our implementation plan to take
advantage of natural downtimes in your business and make the
transition for end users as smooth as possible through
professional instruction.
Maintenance/Support
Maintenance and support are two different services.
Maintenance is the process of monitoring and tuning a system
to help prevent future problems. Support is diagnosing and
repairing a major system failure. We have several plans for
maintenance and support, or can customize one to fit your
business needs and budget.
